Refund policy

At The Word Nation, every product is made to order. Because of this, we operate a strict no-returns policy except for defective or incorrect items. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.

  • Please check product details and size charts carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

  • Items do not need to be physically returned unless we specifically request it.


3. How to Submit a Claim

To report an issue:

  • Email returns@thewordnation.com

  • Include your order number and photos clearly showing the problem.

  • Provide a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Return Address

In most cases, we do not require you to send items back. If we do request a physical return, you will be informed via email of the return address.


5. Refunds or Replacements

  • Approved claims will be resolved by either a replacement of the same item or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
