Joy isn’t just an emotion — it’s a spiritual reality. And one of the most powerful ways to activate that joy is through praise.
When we lift our voices to worship God — even in hard seasons — something shifts. Praise unlocks joy. Praise lifts our eyes from the problem to the promise. And in that moment, God fills our hearts with His supernatural joy.
